Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • We are committed to processing and shipping all orders within 1-3 business days of the purchase date.

  • Free shipping is available to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. via FedEx Ground or Freight Carriers.

​

  • Please note that deliveries are not available for addresses in HI, AK, PR, or Canada, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Oversized & Heavyweight Items

  • Oversized and heavyweight items that are not eligible for ground shipment will be processed within 3-5 business days of the purchase date and shipped via freight carriers.

Lost and Stolen Packages

  • While we work diligently to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If you have not received your shipment by the carrier's estimated delivery date or if the package is already marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer support immediately.

  • All losses must be reported within 7 days of the shipment date to file possible claims.

Inspection & Test

  • Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the package for any damages.

  • For Freight Deliveries: In the event of any damages, even minor ones, please note "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing it.

  • If the package appears significantly damaged, you have the option to refuse delivery. In such cases, please contact customer support immediately.

  • Once you have signed the receipt, you release the carrier from liability for loss or damage to the shipment.

  • If you have already accepted the package but later discover missing or damaged parts, please contact us immediately for free replacement parts. All freight claims must be filed within 7 days.

  • If we cannot replace the parts for any reason, we will send you a full replacement and arrange for the return of the original package.

  • In the event you choose not to accept parts or a replacement unit, you can return the product under our standard return policy.

  • Prior to installation, please thoroughly inspect the product(s) for proper functionality and contact customer support immediately if anything is not functioning as expected.

Changing Shipping Address

  • If you need to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order is already in route, there may be an extra fee associated with changing the shipping address.

Order Cancellation

  • You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund.
