Return and Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you can initiate a return within 30 days for a refund, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that items that have been used or modified in any way cannot be returned. Different terms may apply if the item arrived damaged or defective. A restocking fee will be applied to all returns, as follows:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that do not include the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with instructions on how to return items from your order. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, even if you use a return shipping label provided by AJ Home Improvement or our partners, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective. The option to initiate a return will only be available for 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that items are damaged in transit or have concealed damage, please report it within 48 hours of receipt. Damage claims cannot be filed after 5 days, so it's essential to inspect and report any damage within this timeframe. Damaged items cannot be returned for a refund. Instead, we will replace damaged items, their parts, or arrange for repairs. Here are the steps to file a damage claim:

Email several pictures of the damaged merchandise, including close-ups and wide shots of the damage, as well as photographs of the box and shipping label.

In your message, include your order number and contact information. Upon approval, a prepaid UPS label will be prepared and emailed to you.

We will work to send you a replacement product. Please note that damaged items cannot be returned for a refund.

After filing a claim with our team, we will strive to respond within a single business day, although it may occasionally take a little longer. Additional media, such as videos or extra photos, may be requested to assist us in making a damage claim with our manufacturer or shipping partner.

Products marked as "final sale" on the product listing, invoice, or quote.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will process your order cancellation and issue a refund. Kindly note that we only accept order cancellations before your order leaves our warehouse.
